Scene Shop

The Scene Shop is a part of Virginia Tech's School of Performing Arts. It assists with the production of 4 student performances every academic year. Assistants in the shop help contribute in many ways, including but not limited to: 

​

  • Constructing scenery

  • Constructing and transporting props and furniture

  • Painting scenery and furniture

  • Rigging, lifting, and moving large-scale scenery
